The ability to consistently follow up with leads is a MAJOR determining factor in the success of any real estate investment business.

Emails are an important part of cultivating real estate leads.  The best day to send email is Tuesday, Thursday and Wednesday in that order.  Figure out the best time to send your email based on your audience.  10 AM is the best for many industries.  So now you know, Tuesdays at 10 AM is the sweet spot for emails.  But you may need to track response rates and test different days and times to see what works best for you.

Determine what you will say in your follow ups.  Establish a script and get your follow up dates on the calendar to help you keep to a schedule and not let leads perish.

Create A Follow Up Script for:

  • Buyers
  • Sellers
  • Investors

Each group will have a different focus and you should develop 3 scripts for each group.  A hard ask, a soft ask and a free value script.
